Welcome to my website. My name is Carol Hedberg, and my goal is to provide opportunities for you to grow and find clarity in your life. I'm changing the site often, so check back frequently to see what classes I'm teaching and videos I've created. Explore my blog, "Resilient Warriors," or look for tips to enrich your life.
"All of us contains a divine, expressive spark, a creative candle intended to light our path and that of our fellows. We are shiny, not tarnished; large, not small; beautiful, not damaged--although we may be ignorant of our grace, power, and dignity. Julia Cameron ."

Dark art for grief
My husband passed away a few months ago after a seven-year battle with cancer. It was a brutal journal, but I have committed myself to healing- taking long walks outside, talking to God, journaling, lots of solitude, meditating, talking to my spiritual director, watching TED talks on grief, and creating oodles of art. Here is some of my work thus far.

When we are under stress, our entire body is affected- mentally, physically, spiritually. I'm offering a free 30-day series, "We'll Get Through This" which you can find under my YouTube channel. (See link, below) Let's work on staying healthy and having a little bit of fun during this difficult time!
My Holistic Health Wheel can reveal not only where we carry our stress, but it can also give us a glimpse into how we can practice healthy strategies in our daily lives.
My most recent art journaling class was cancelled due to the Coronavirus pandemic, but you can still view images and activities from my previous classes.
